Workflow:

Install and configure the Load Balancer on the network.

(Appliance Gateway only)
Configure database replication on both Gateway database nodes.

Configure the first Gateway processing node.

Configure subsequent Gateway processing nodes.

Configure DNS name resolution.

Start the Gateway cluster.

If the Gateway cluster will be communicating with the gateway - XML VPN Client, you may need to configure a CA key.
