Enable a Policy

A disabled policy is one that has had its active revision revoked. You can enable a policy by selecting an active revision or by starting with a new revision.

A disabled policy is one that has had its active revision revoked. You can enable a policy by selecting an active revision or by starting with a new revision.
To enable a policy, do any of the following:
  • Double-click the policy name in the Services and Policies list and then select a revision to activate.
    Instead of choosing a revision, you can select "Start from an empty policy" to create a new policy revision and set it as the active revision.
  • Right-click the policy name in the Services and Policies list and then select 
    Active Policy Assertions
     from the Choose Starting Revision dialog as shown above.
  • Right-click the policy name in the Services and Policies list and then select 
    Revision History
    . Select a revision to activate and then click [
    Set Active
