Manage JDBC Connections

Java Database Connectivity (JDBC) connections allow the Gateway to query external databases and then use the query results during policy consumption.

Java Database Connectivity (JDBC) connections allow the Gateway to query external databases and then use the query results during policy consumption.
To manage JDBC connections:
  1. In the Policy Manager, select 
    Tasks
     > 
    Manage Data Sources
     > 
    Manage JDBC Connection
    . 
    The Manage JDBC Connection dialog appears listing the JDBC connections that have been configured.
  2. Perform any of the following available actions:
    • Add
       a new JDBC connection
    • Clone
       an existing JDBC connection
    • Edit
       a JDBC connection
    • Remove
       a JDBC connection
